If you're wanting to relicense your vehicle or book a driving test this weekend you will have to wait until next Wednesday.
The AA service will be relocating from its current location at the Thames i-SITE over to the Thames-Coromandel District Council's offices on Mackay Street this weekend.

While the shift is taking place there will be no AA service operating in Thames over Monday and Tuesday of next week.
Council says to make parking easier for locals they're also changing the parking times outside the building.
'The ten-minute parking zones on Mackay St outside Council will increase to 20-minutes, to give you time to get everything done,” says council. 'We're also extending the number of car parks with that timing allowance.
'Overall this means that those car parks won't be locked up all day, but they will allow you more time to do the things you need to do when you visit us.”
This move coincides with the i-SITE's planned relocation to the Thames War Memorial Civic Centre on July 1.
The AA had been in danger of being left homeless as its contract was set to be re-tendered by the NZ Transport Agency, meaning the service had to vacate its current premises by June 30.
But council agreed to take up the contract for one year, but pointed out it would operate at a loss of $5,282 for the first year.
The contract includes one full-time AA employee, with the agency covering training costs and supplying needed equipment and signage.
The Thames AA is the region's only driver-licensing service and had it been lost locals would have needed to travel to Hamilton or Tauranga to sit their licence.
Staff are now busily re-arranging council's reception area to provide space for the AA ahead of it resuming operation on Wednesday.
