Passed away peacefully April 30 2017 aged 94. Much loved wife of the late Philip. Dearly loved mum of the late Rose, Tracey and Cushla. Cherished and much loved Nanny Hazie to Sam, Melody and Kay. In accordance with Hazel's wishes, a private service has been held.
