UPDATE: A vehicle has rolled down a bank in Tauranga this morning.

A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says the vehicle is resting near the train tracks on Dive Crescent.

A reporter at the scene say it appears to have rolled down the bank from Cliff Road.

They say the driver is being assessed by St John Paramedics and police are speaking with witnesses.

Trains have been stopped in the area until the mower has been removed.

Reports are coming in of a vehicle that has rolled on Dive Crescent.

A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says it appears a vehicle hs crashed near the train tracks.

"I think it may have come from th car park above on Cliff Road.

"It doesn't look like there is anyone with it."
