We keep hearing of employees having to be vaccinated to be employed, with the government even paying a month's salary to unvaccinated government staff.

I have heard of a few smaller companies in various parts of New Zealand where the staff are vaccinated but the owners or managers are not. What happens if the staff refused to work? Will they be told to look for another job?
