An interesting letter. I shop in the CBD, would buy more there if it was available and do not pay for parking. I utilise the free 2 hour parking by planning my route. I avoid both The Crossing and Bayfair as much as possible as I prefer not to be bombarded by canned music, canned air and chain stores. Not sure about the new Farmers yet as on first inspection, it has the same problems as the malls.
