The solution is a no-brainer!

Re: Fluoridation of Tauranga's water supply must be implemented by July 31, 2024 – as recently directed by the Ministry of Health.

Please Google: ‘50 reasons to oppose fluoridation'. Please.

Watching TV I heard one lady say it's well overdue, if only she knew…

Stopping selling lollies and fizzy drinks would help the kids' teeth and bones more, it's a no-brainer.

Can I suggest that rather than sourcing your health information from a Google search you consult someone who actually knows something about the subject - a dentist perhaps?

Sugar

I have done a number or food nitration courses and first aid certs. Sugar in food, sweets, drinks including fruit juices is very high. Lot of those healthy fruit juices are not. The recommended level is less than 10%. Fizzy drinks, 330ml have around 36% more than 3 times the recommended amount. Our second largest disease in the western world is type 2 diabetes caused by sugar. Just ask your St Johns first aide people or your diabetes clinic. Type 2 diabetes is now prevalent in younger people, I know a couple of people who have type 2 diabetes under 20 years on insulin.
