Not correct. It should be incumbent on reputable journalists to check information before going to print. Joan Kehely was the first lady Mayor for the Western BOP, from 1992-1996; and Maureen J Anderson was the second lady Mayor, from 1996-2001.

This is yet again information promulgated by a newspaper that has not been adequately researched.
