To me, male and female, man and woman, need no prefix, because that is our gender when we are born. It is normal in the sense that the majority are happy with their gender. It doesn't mean that everyone else is abnormal the way it is commonly used. Just that they are different to the norm.

If Marama could be happy with that instead of conjuring up persecution, she and her friends could lead the life they want. Just look at her achievements, she is the equal of any other person.
