The Tauranga Historical Society has a talk on the archaeology of the Bay of Plenty from 2pm - 3.30pm at the hall behind the Brain Watkins House Museum (est. 1881) which is located on the corner of Elizabeth Street and Cameron Road. A koha donation for the talk. The House Museum is open from 2pm - 4pm. $5 adult, children free.
