Adding a Lotto ticket to their grocery shopping has paid off for one lucky Lotto player from Papamoa who will be celebrating after winning $19,802 with Lotto Second Division in Saturday’s live Lotto draw.
The winning ticket was sold at Fresh Choice Papamoa.
In the South Island, one lucky Lotto player from Christchurch will be toasting a special win after winning $1 million with Lotto First Division in Saturday night’s live Lotto draw.
The winning ticket was sold at another Fresh Choice store - Fresh Choice Prebbleton in Christchurch.
Powerball was not struck on Saturday and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $10 million.
Strike Four has also rolled over and will be $400,000 on Wednesday night.
Anyone who bought their ticket from Fresh Choice Prebbleton should check their ticket as soon as possible in-store, on MyLotto, or through the MyLotto App.
14 Lotto players win Second Division
As well as the Papamoa Lotto player, another 13 lucky Lotto players will be dancing in their living rooms after each winning $19,802 with Lotto Second Division in Saturday’s live Lotto draw.
One lucky player also won Powerball Second Division, taking their total winnings to $37,481.
