The Western Bay of Plenty's Civil Defence emergency manager, Alan Pearce, is presenting a report to Tauranga City Council on Tuesday about the state of Civil Defence in the region.
Alan says the report focuses on Civil Defence operations in the Western Bay, but will not comment prior to the city council meeting about what improvements, if any, need to be made.
