Emergency services are responding to the scene of a vehicle crash on State Highway 2 near Omokoroa.
"Police are responding to reports of a two vehicle crash on SH2 near Youngson Road," says a police spokesperson.
The crash was reported to police at 4.48pm.
Police say there are three people with minor injuries from the crash.
State Highway 2 is not reported to be blocked.
Motorists are advised to expect delays.

In the same spot as many more before and again unless it was caused by a medical episode road accidents shouldn't happen
