One lucky Lotto player from Rotorua will be having a great night after winning $1 million with Lotto First Division in Saturday night’s live Lotto draw.

The winning ticket was sold on MyLotto to a player from Rotorua.

It's been a big night for Bay of Plenty Lotto players from Waihi, Mount Maunganui, and Whakatane, as well as a player from Thames, each winning nearly $20,000 in Lotto Second Division in Saturday's live Lotto draw.

Powerball was not struck on Saturday and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $6 million.

Strike Four has also rolled over and will be $700,000 on Wednesday night.

13 Lotto players win Second Division

Thirteen lucky Lotto players will be pinching themselves after each winning $19,186 with Lotto Second Division in Saturday's live Lotto draw.

One lucky player also won Powerball Second Division, taking their total winnings to $34,718. The winning Powerball Second Division ticket was sold at Paper Plus Meadowbank in Auckland.
