Police were notified of a two-vehicle crash on SH2 near the Sandhurst Drive off-ramp at around 12pm.

"One person is believed to have minor injuries," said a police spokesperson. 

"The road will be blocked for a period of time while emergency services are at the scene.

"Contractors have been contacted.

"Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible and expect delays."
