Emergency services were called to a crash on Te Puke Quarry Road, Pāpāmoa, around 3.30pm involving one vehicle, police said.

Hato Hone St John also attended the scene.

"Hato Hone St John responded with one ambulance and assessed and treated one patient in a moderate condition at the scene."

Fire and Emergency NZ sent a fire truck from the Te Puke station.
