With the heaviest of hearts, we said goodbye to our much-loved Kevin (KB) on 24 September, after a very short but incredibly hard 13-day fight with cancer. He passed peacefully, surrounded by love. Dearly loved husband of Annette. Much loved Dad of Deanna & Brent MacLeod, and Swedish daughter Johanna. Adored Grandad of Ashleigh, Sally, and Chloe. Treasured brother, uncle, mate, and firefighter. A true family man and friend to many. He fought his last fire with courage and love.
A celebration of Kevin’s life will be held at Legacy Papamoa, 53 Te Okuroa Drive, Papamoa on Monday 29 September at 2.00pm. Livestreaming of the service can be viewed and tributes for Kevin’s family can be left at www.legacyfunerals.co.nz/funerals.
