Problems at the Joyce Road Processing Plant are resolved after they caused the reservoir there to run empty last week, leaving Ohauiti, Pyes Pa and some Papamoa residents with low pressure water that looked milky/coudy.
The milky/cloudy water, which lasted a few days in these areas, was caused by air entrainment.
