Matua and Otumoetai residents will have the opportunity to talk to Tauranga City Council Elected Members about the future of their community at a meeting in the suburb next Tuesday.
Stormwater is one of the issues that will be addressed at a council meeting in Matua next week.
The second neighbourhood Community Development Committee meeting is being held in Matua next Tuesday.
The Committee was established last year with the purpose of encouraging discussion on opportunities and issues affecting individual communities.
Every second meeting is held at different locations around the city in order to focus on matters specific to those communities.
The topics discussed at the Matua meeting will be; the Ten Year Plan and Matua stormwater updates, as well as presentations from the Matua Residents Association and the Otumoetai Railway Gardens Society.
The evening starts with the formal meeting at 6:30pm followed by tea, coffee and an opportunity to chat with your Elected Members.
