The following topics to be covered at the hearings include Biodiversity, Subdivision and Earthworks.

District Plan Hearing Panel chair Mark Farnsworth has issued a direction asking submitters to pre-circulate expert evidence by emailing hearings administrator Lisa Madgwick by February 2.

Council says at last year's hearings the panel were accommodating of submitters and lenient with the amount of time allocated to speakers.

But the topics of Biodiversity, Subdivision and Earthworks have more submitters wishing to speak which has prompted council to issue the directive calling for evidence to be pre-circulated.

If you are a submitter and you wish to speak at the hearing please contact hearings administrator Lisa Madgwick on 07-868-0200 to arrange a time.

To email expert evident send correspondence to lisa.madgwick@tcdc.govt.nz
