NZ has a southerly with snow & frosts along with a sub-tropical low this week - but many regions may not have much 'weather” to really talk about, says WeatherWatch.co.nz
"The South Island is most exposed to extremes with big frosts next couple nights ahead and more snow in the Southern Alps (in the northern end).
"Meanwhile the North Island has a developing low which will likely brush Northland on Wednesday with some wind and rain. Australia is a little unsettled from SA to TAS but a huge high is developing this week.
"This weekend, however, rain returns to QLD and NSW, sliding in with an easterly flow."
