Plenty of focus has been around the FIA World Rally Championship stars returning to Aotearoa, Repco Rally New Zealand also incorporates the Brian Green Property Group New Zealand Rally Championship for the final two rounds of the series across Saturday and Sunday.

While some of the NZRC Stars with higher specification cars will compete against the worlds best in the three-day International Rally, 46 of our local legends will take part in the two-day National Rally directly following the international event.

Twenty-three year old rally driver Ari Pettigrew steps into NZRC1 driving a Holden Barina AP4, a vehicle that was once driven by one of the legends of NZ Motorsport- Greg Murphy. Ari has made a great start to his first overall championship in the Brian Green Properties NZ Rally Championship.

Ari won the Open 2WD class in his older 1990's BMW in the NZ Rally Championship in 2021. Ari is already showing good speed in the highest class in the NZ Rally Championship.

With a combination of up and coming starts showcasing their skills against veterans of the sport with the carrot dangling of several classes of national champions to be decided, the National Rally action will be hot!

While online sales for the stages has now closed, there are still tickets available for the Jacks Ridge Super Show with an epic driver line up, it's sure to be the highlight of the event!
