I endorse Helen Smith’s comment about the closure of The Warehouse on Cameron Road. I am one of hundreds of retirees living in retirement villages/homes in the vicinity of that store. It’s close enough we can pop up there on our walkers or scooters, or walk slowly, to purchase the items we need. Taking this store away, the nearest variety plus stores are in Fraser Cove. Obviously we can’t get there independently.

Once again, Tauranga is more engrossed with sport facilities, than considering other age groups who are not into sport.
