National's pledge to fund 13 cancer treatments from this year is looking increasingly shaky - with numerous ministers saying they cannot do everything in one Budget.
During the campaign, National pledged to give Pharmac an extra 70 million dollars a year over four years in ring-fenced funding to target 13 specific cancers.
"When we've got the funding to be able to start that initiative, we will," Health Minister Shane Reti said
