Police continue to appeal for information from the public in the search for missing Tauranga man Jaismon.
Jaismon was last seen at around 10pm in Otumoetai on Thursday November 20.
“Today with assistance from Land Search and Rescue and Tauranga Coastguard, Police searched the Tauranga Harbour area,” police said.
“Despite our efforts, Jaismon was not located.”
Jaismon was last seen wearing a black and white t-shirt, grey shorts, and was in bare feet.
“Police and Jaismon’s family are concerned for his wellbeing, and we would like to see him return home,” police said.
Coastguard NZ said coastguard volunteers continuing to be available to support police as required.

Surf Lifesaving NZ eastern region manager Chaz Gibbons-Campbell said the search and rescue team from the Mount Maunganui Lifeguard Service were involved in the search with police and coastguard.
“The Western Bay of Plenty SAR squad have been assisting police with the ongoing search for the missing man who was reported missing yesterday,” Gibbons-Campbell said.
“We think he went into the water on Thursday night, at about 10pm.
“The SAR squad have been assisting police today inside the Tauranga harbour around Chapel St and searching the bridges. They’ve had the police dive squad on board their IRBs doing sonar underwater searches.”
