The architects' latest view of TISEC.

Tenders close on October 14.
'Last week we sent out the geotechnical information, alternative foundation options, and the civil drawings,” says Howard.
The civil drawings include the exterior hard surfaces and the locations of the pipes and cable routes in and out of the building.
Mechanical services information includes the plumbing, drainage, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical data.
'There would be 30 sub contractors involved, probably more,” says Howard.
There are six contractors interested in the main building construction contract.
At a recent home show there was strong public interest shown in the TISEC, says Howard.
'The community are really strong on it. I think we will be trying to keep up a pretty strong information flow.”
