Dearly loved husband of Margaret. Father of Rodney and Froukje, Bradley and Christine, Karen and Kelvyn Watkins, Marie and Jim Watkins. Loved grandfather of 21 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.

A celebration of Noel's life will be held at the Mount Harbour Chapel, cnr Matai St and Maunganui Rd, Mt Maunganui on Monday 7 July at 1pm, followed by private cremation.
