Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 2nd July 2014 at her home in Brookfield, Tauranga in her 82nd year.

Beloved wife of the late Stanford Bird Matthews. Cherished Mother of Dawn and the late Tawhia and Leslie. Mother in Law of Huia and Lou. Grandmother of Marie-Jane, David, Paulette, Jose, Te Aohou, Ngahaka, Olivia, Linda, Kylie & Kirby. Great Grandmother of Ashleigh, Aimee, Awhina, Piripi, Naumai, Arama, Levi, Ellazei, Carmine, Diaz, Estelle, Percy, Aaliyah, Izzayah, Zavia, Kyryn, Korvell, Kadius, D'Angelo, Huia, Toatasi, Hemi, Kylani.

Mum will be lying at her home at 21 Millers Road, Brookfield, Tauranga on Thursday, 3rd July 2014. The funeral will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Cameron Road, Tauranga on Saturday, 5th July 2014 at 11.00am.
