On Saturday 10 June 2017, at Waipuna Hospice, Tauranga. John was the rock who has sheltered and supported his wife Ann for 40 wonderful years, and was brother-in-law to Ian and Koti, and Hugh. Very many thanks to the staff at Waipuna, and the awesome support from the villagers at Althorp. A service for John will be held at Tauranga Park, 383 Pyes Pa Road Tauranga on Friday 16 June at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Waipuna Hospice P.O. Box 1156 Tauranga, would be greatly appreciated.
