Police are making inquiries following a disorder in Welcome Bay overnight. 

At around 9.40pm on Saturday, Police received multiple reports of a large group of people on Victory St in Selwyn Ridge.

A SunLive reader reports that more than100 people gathered causing a disturbance and leaving behind smashed bottles and rubbish which were cleaned up on Sunday.

“Police attended the scene and dispersed the crowd,” police said.
